Carolina Panthers first-round pick Kelvin Benjamin’s four-year deal is worth $7.66 million, with $6.19 million guaranteed, according to the contract details obtained by the Observer on Monday.  Benjamin, the former Florida State wide receiver and the 28th overall pick in last month’s draft, received a signing bonus worth $3.89 million.
