Rihanna, has purchased an elegant $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The 7600-square-foot residence Rihanna purchased has five-bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an open-air courtyard and swimming pool.

It is reportedly located is located on a 21,958-square-foot lot secluded and lush cul-de-sac in the mountains sprawling.

The seller is investor Daniel Starr. Starr purchased the home in 2016, as documented on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing.” He reportedly demolished and rebuilt most of the 1930s structure.

The property briefly appeared on the market last year asking $15 million. The sale to Rihanna was reportedly done off market.

The 33-year-old who was named the richest female musician in the world in 2019, is now neighbors with Paul McCartney and Mariah Carey.
