Trump released the video, shot at the White House, rather than face reporters or speak before an audience. He repeated voter fraud claims that his lawyers have failed to get judges to accept.

He added ‘This election was rigged. Everyone knows it. I don’t mind if I lose an election, but I want to lose an election fair and square. What I don’t want to do is have it stolen from the American people,’ Trump complained.
