Going Once, Going Twice Stephen Baldwin’s House Sold for $100.00
Stephen Baldwin’s and wife Kennya’s New York home on 71 Old Mountain Road South in has been auctioned off at Rockland County Courthouse.
In December, after failing to make his mortgage for the past 7 years, a judge ordered that Baldwin’s home be auctioned off and mandated that the actor and his family vacate the property.
The property was sold today at auction for the sum of $100.00! SERIOUSLY… NO LIE!
The actor has had a string of financial troubles over the years, including being charged in 2012 for not filing his New York state tax returns for multiple years.
Although the property has a new owner, the actor is still on the hook for $1.1 million.
