Eli Manning Injury Video

New York Giants fans can relax a bit since this could have been much worse of an injury than it actually was. Manning is lucky to not have sustained a type of concussion due to his head hitting the helmet of another player.

A bloodied Eli Manning was in some discomfort a day after receiving 12 stitches for a head wound.

The quarterback’s status for the New York Giants’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend is uncertain.

While the Giants said yesterday that Manning showed no signs of a concussion after suffering a three-inch gash to his head in a 31-16 win over the Jets on Monday night, the 29-year-old player was undergoing a battery of tests to make sure he did not sustain a more serious head injury. His helmet was knocked off and he was hit in the head.

UPDATE:  Eli Manning Injury

The Eli Manning injury video was not gruesome, and, in fact, the Manning’s injury itself  was not devastating. It did give the Giants quarterback a nasty cut, and has left him questionable for the next preseason game. Still, by the time the regular season starts, this incident will probably be laughed off and forgotten. Eli Manning says “Peyton has a Bad Delivery.”

Eli Manning is on record as saying his brother, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning, has a bad delivery.

But that shouldn’t affect the outcome of Sunday’s Super Bowl—since he was referring to Peyton’s jokes.
