Wheel Chair Bound Man Attacked by Thugs
Story Highlights: Disturbing video the shocking scene took place Miami, Florida as a thugs chased down a man in a wheel chair and assault him.
Police have charged 17-year-old Royce Simmons and 13-year-old Xavier Hyland with strong arm robbery and battery on an wheel chair bound man 66-year-old Celedono Carrera. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the assisted living complex where he lived.
Carrera a retired truck driver who has had several strokes and a heart attack.
They tracked the two down after they following some investigative leads.
