Body Found May Be Stacy Peterson or Lisa Stebic
Sources have reported that a body has been found on the shore of the Des Plaines River by a cleanup crew. The body appeared to be that of a female and now authorities are speculating the possibility that it may be Lisa Stebic who was last scene in 2007 or Stacy Peterson the missing Bolingbrook woman whose her husband, Drew Peterson is current be held on another possible murder case.
The body was not intact and “severely deteriorated” and “mainly skeletal.” It was found in some logs and debris. An autopsy was done at 9:30 a.m on Thursday.
